Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Emelia D pieces. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

  • Items may be returned within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all tags attached.

  • Sale items and custom-made pieces are not eligible for return or refund.

  • To request a return, please email info@emeliad.com with your order number and reason for the return.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you and process your refund to the original payment method.

  • Refunds exclude the original shipping costs.

  • Please allow 5–10 working days for the refund to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges

Need a different size? We're happy to help.

Exchanges are subject to availability. To arrange an exchange, please contact us at info@emeliad.com, and we'll do our best to assist you.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless an item arrives faulty or an incorrect item has been sent.

Please note that we reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions outlined above.
