Shipping times do vary even if you have selected overnight. We send products at the shipping method you have chosen and paid for (if applicable), but any delays are not that of Emelia D.

If you are eligible for FREE SHIPPING, all of these orders are sent out at ECONOMY shipping method which is 3-5 days.

To return your product, you should mail your product to: Emelia D,  59 KAPPERTJIE STREET

TOWN, WESTERN CAPE, 7580

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over R1500, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

If a product is damaged in transit, you are to reach out to the courier company in question with images and description of the issue and cc Emelia D into the mail. Once it leaves us in good order, any damages are that of the courier company and needs to be dealt with by them directly.
