Tagliatelle Coat
The Tagliatelle Coat is the most ambitious expression of Emelia D’s knitwear craftsmanship. Designed and hand-knitted by Emelia D founder and designer, Dorcas Mutombo, the piece was developed between the Emelia D studio and a local knitting factory in Cape Town, bringing together traditional techniques and contemporary design.
Using vintage hand-knitting machines, Dorcas knitted every panel under the guidance of the master craftsman who first taught her to knit in 2021, during her final year of fashion school. Back in the studio, she individually topstitched every knitted strand before the skilled women at the knitting factory assembled the final garment.
Defined by cascading knitted strands and a sculptural silhouette, the Tagliatelle Coat celebrates patience, collaboration, and the beauty of handmade craftsmanship.
Flared Denim Pants
Designed to elongate the silhouette, the Flared Denim Pants combine timeless tailoring with a contemporary edge. Crafted from 100% cotton denim, they offer structure, durability, and comfort while softening beautifully with wear.
The clean lines and subtle flare create an effortless balance between refinement and ease, making them a versatile wardrobe staple. Thoughtfully tailored to complement a range of silhouettes, they’re designed to be worn season after season, becoming more personal with every wear.
Wash and Dry

We ship worldwide.

Return Policy
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your Emelia D pieces. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns
- Items may be returned within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all tags attached.
- Sale items and custom-made pieces are not eligible for return or refund.
- To request a return, please email info@emeliad.com with your order number and reason for the return.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you and process your refund to the original payment method.
- Refunds exclude the original shipping costs.
- Please allow 5–10 working days for the refund to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.
